There are so many significant Black women figures that changed the course of history and impacted American culture; education, music, media, political structures and society as a whole. Their names were not always in lights and their stories were not always told, but the impact was powerful and part of every movement. Who are some of your shero’s in our history?
Not to mention the fashion! Black American women have been expertly putting it on in the most expressive and creative ways over the course of our history.
Personally I’d like to see more Black Women taking up space in general. These portraits are a way to honor those Black women that we love and showed us how they lived their truth in the face of oppression, fabulously.
When you purchase this flash you are putting down a nonrefundable deposit. I will email you within the week to get you on the Spring schedule (April + May). The deposit will be returned to you upon the completion of your tattoo. Pricing for this design is at a fixed price of $300.00 for 3-5 inches. Larger sizes and additional details are encouraged and prices are flexible for anything bigger than 6 inches.
